How we handle the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you fill out a form, chat with our assistant, call or text us, we collect what you share, such as your name, phone, email, address and what you're looking for. Form submissions are delivered to our office email through a form-forwarding service (FormSubmit) and, once it is online, our own client management system.
How we use it
To respond to you, connect you with an agent, schedule appointments and send information you asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
Texts and calls
We text you only if you contacted us or agreed to receive texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying or selling.
Our AI assistant
Maia, our website and text assistant, and Gabriel, our phone assistant, are AI tools. Conversations are recorded so our agents can follow up. A person can take over at any time.

Property data comes from Stellar MLS and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
